Health & safety

In so far as is reasonable practicable, the Company will endeavour to provide and maintain a work environment which considers the Health, Safety and Welfare of all persons affected by the fitting of plumbing and pipework by the Company, particularly to:

• Providing and maintaining tools and systems of work, which are safe, and without risk to health.
• Assessing and limiting risks to health caused by substances and systems of work used, and to informing the relevant employees of the results of the assessments together with the nature of their risk.
• Monitoring regularly the risks to health caused by substances and systems of work used.
• Ensuring safe transport, storage and use of articles and substances which are inherently or potentially dangerous.
• Providing sufficient supervision, training, instruction and information to ensure, as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety at work of every employee.
• Maintaining a safe and risk-free workplace and providing a safe means of access to, and egress from, the workplace.
• Providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment with adequate welfare facilities.
